Book your next meeting or conference in Lund with us. The hotel offers three conference and meeting rooms with space for up to 42 participants. First Hotel Planetstaden is strategically located for active conferences in Scania/Skåne. The hotel can be reached in just 15 minutes by car from Malmö, and from Greater Copenhagen and Copenhagen Airport in only 35 minutes. Within short distance from the hotel, you find the Ideon Science Park, ESS (European Spallation Source), the MAX IV Laboratory, Lund University Faculty of Engineering (LTH) and the Skåne University Hospital.

When arriving by city bus, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel, and the centre of Lund is within walking distance of the hotel. In addition, we offer free parking at all hours.     Meeting room 1

    20 people

    Meeting room 1 offers panoramic views of Lund and the Sound (Öresund). Here on the seventh floor, you find our 46 m² meeting room for up to 20 people.

    The venue is equipped with the latest technology, smart TV, professional sound system and whiteboard. The natural daylight and scenic views offer an inspiring atmosphere for creative and efficient meetings.

    The venue can be adapted to several flexible layouts according to your requirements.

    Meeing room 2

    42 people

    The hotel’s largest conference/meeting room is 80 m² in size and accommodates 42 attendees in comfortable armchairs with a desk (i.e. an auditorium layout).

    The room is furnished with state-of-the-art equipment, including lighting and audio-visual technology. There is also guest-controlled air-conditioning and CO2 controlled ventilation for the best possible indoor climate.

    Meeting room 3

    10 people

    Meeting room 3 is 30 m² in size and designed for board meetings with up to 10 attendees.

    The venue is excellently suited for more informal meetings and conversations in small groups.
