Gym and sauna at the hotel in Örnsköldsvik

Bring your workout clothes when you visit us. At the hotel we have a small exercise room with a limited selection of weights and kettlebells, as well as an exercise bike. If you wish to work out at a full-scale gym, we have a partnership with the gym Nordic Wellness Örnsköldsvik.

The hotel’s exercise room also features a relaxation area with a sauna. Our guests can use the exercise room, relaxation area and sauna free of charge.

Exercise room & sauna at the hotel

At the hotel we have a small exercise room that our overnight guests can use free of charge. It has an exercise bike, some free weights, kettlebells and a balance board – simple solutions if you don’t need much equipment, or just want a quick workout.

The exercise room also features a relaxation area with a sauna, which are also free to use. If you wish to use the sauna, notify reception and we will turn it on for you.

Nordic Wellness Gym

We have a partnership with the gym 1Life Gym, which is located about 400 metres from the hotel. If you wish to work out in a fully equipped and modern gym during your stay, then this is the perfect place to do so.

Platinum and Black First Members can train for free at 1Life Gym. Gym passes are available at the hotel reception desk – simply present proof of your First Member membership. Other guests receive a discounted price.
