Welcome to First Hotel Strand in Sundsvall. Feel at home in one of our 203 hotel rooms and sleep comfortably in our Jensen beds. 110 hotel rooms have recently been renovated and several of the rooms have a view of the sea and Sundsvall's bridge. The hotel is perfect whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, with family or your sports team.
Start the day with our famous breakfast buffet before exploring all that the city has to offer. Workout for free at Energikällan gym, located in the hotel. If you prefer fresh air, the hotel is close to nature. Our youngest guests can enjoy a visit to Himlabadet adventure pool. End the day at our restaurant The Steakhouse.

    First Hotel Strand has seven conference rooms, with a total capacity of 204 delegates. Trimaranen, our largest room, offers auditorium-style seating for 70 persons.

Equipment

Three of seven conference rooms feature standard equipment, such as whiteboards, flipcharts and overhead projectors . WiFi is included. A video projector is available upon request. Additional equipment can be sourced upon request.
