Turning Torso

When in Malmö, take a closer look at architect Santiago Calatrava's residential building Turning Torso.

With its 190 metres and 90-degree twist, Turning Torso is a truly spectacular experience.

Things To Do With Kids in Malmö

When you visit us and Malmö with the little ones, we can warmly recommend a visit to a fairytale world filled with fun adventures! Funnys Äventyr is a culture house for children where play, fairy tales and adventure are always close at hand! Visit Fanny and all her friends at home, go for a ride in their magical fairytale carousel and watch cozy plays in the theater barn!

Another pro-tip is to go to Leo's Lekland, a play world for fun-loving children offering slides, ball pits, climbing frames, bikes, trampolines and much more.

You'll find Leo´s Lekland at Stadiongatan 24 in Malmö close to Cool Minds about 30 min by bus from the hotel.

And of course, Malmö Folkets Park is always a great recommendation if you have kids. This public park offers fun and entertainment for the whole family free of charge.

Hylliebadet Water Park

When you stay with us, it’s a good idea to bring your swimwear!

The Hylliebadet bathing centre is located about 15 minutes by car from the hotel, adjacent to the Emporia Shopping Centre. Perfect for a water-filled day with the family, it features child-friendly water slides, a toddler pool, a diving tower and an obstacle course.

If you'd rather train or swim for exercise, you can also take advantage of the gym and 25- and 50-metre lap pools. Don’t miss a chance to sink into the relaxation chairs and enjoy the heated pools or saunas in the relaxation area – a perfect way to unwind both body and mind.

St Peter´s Church

If you are interested in architecture, you might already have paid a visit to Turning Torso? Lucky you, we say! Another great tip for architectural lovers is to visit Malmö's oldest building, S:t Petri kyrka (Church of Saint Peter).

The church was founded in the early 1300s and is well worth a visit.

Take a virtual tour of the Church here, and prepare yourself for the real-world experience next time you visit Malmö. St Peter's Church is open daily with free admission. The address is Göran Olsgatan 4.
